• sippl_examples.tgz (0.3Mb) - 6 pairs from Sippl and Wiederstein (2008)
• levitt_examples.tgz (0.6Mb) - 6 pairs from Gerstein and Levitt (1998)

You can build Kpax databases of CATH and SCOP using these files (some editing required):

• build_cath (1Kb), CathDomainList (9Mb), CathDomainPdb (220Mb)
• build_scop (1Kb), dir.cla.scop.txt_1.75 (10Mb), pdbstyle-sel-gs-bib-40-1.75.tgz (811Mb)

Here are 213 "representative" structures of CATH domain families having 10 or more members:

• cath_213.tgz (5.4Mb).

Please note: databases built by different versions of Kpax are not guaranteed to be compatible. If you download a new version of Kpax, you should re-build your databases using the new version.
